Default First vet findings

We took our new baby, Lexi, to the vet for her first puppy checkup. She's about 15 weeks. Our vet found several spots of alopecia and vaginitis. She has some dry skin spots on her nose and I've also noticed she has frequent (multiple times per day) eye boogers/discharge. He said the color of the eye discharge was normal but it's gross to me. I was just wondering if these findings are normal for a Dobe puppy her age and of anyone has some insight to care/prevention? He set us up on some fish oil and BID benadryl for what he said could be allergies and said to watch the progression of everything from there.

Any advice/input is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
-Allie
